Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kinaara you agree to these terms.

2. What Kinaara provides

A community management platform. We provide the tools, organizations are responsible for how they use them.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their member data
• Do not use Kinaara for illegal purposes or to harass members

4. Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Member dues payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the organization's connected Stripe account
• Kinaara does not hold or process member dues on behalf of organizations
• Refunds for subscription fees are considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Data and privacy

Refer to our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We do not sell it.

6. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. On cancellation, you can export your data (feature coming soon).

7. Limitation of liability

Kinaara is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, payment disputes between organizations and their members, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify users of material changes by email with 30 days notice.
